5. Delivery & Shipping

• Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability may result in re-delivery charges.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Refunds will be processed as either cash refunds or store credits, at the customer’s choice.
